The Challenge
Inventory data was siloed across different supply chain nodes, leading to frequent stock-outs and excess inventory in other regions. Field agents lacked real-time visibility into local stock availability.
Our Solution
We built a centralized MongoDB-based repository that synchronized all nodes in sub-second intervals. A mobile-first field-force application enabled agents to perform real-time inventory checks and restock requests on the fly.
We utilized a cloud-native approach, focusing on high availability and sub-second latency for critical operations. The integration layer was decoupled to allow for seamless third-party service connections without impacting the core engine.
