The Challenge
The existing platform could not scale effectively during examination periods, leading to system crashes. Furthermore, ensuring academic integrity in a remote-only environment was a major concern for the educational board.
Our Solution
Btechly developed a distributed horizontal scaling strategy using AWS Auto Scaling. We integrated a custom ML model for gaze-tracking and sound analysis during exams to ensure academic integrity without compromising user privacy.
We utilized a cloud-native approach, focusing on high availability and sub-second latency for critical operations. The integration layer was decoupled to allow for seamless third-party service connections without impacting the core engine.
